Cancellation Policy

Please read policy before booking . There is a non negotiable 50% deposit that has to be paid before booking can be confirmed. After booking is confirmed the remainder of your payment is due after services are rendered (We only accept Cards or Cash, Via Cash app is a $5 fee). Also Guest will be granted a 10 minutes grace period for tardiness. If you do not contact us or show after the 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled. Guest will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.
